An appetizer to keep the hungry at bay!

1 cup of Hellman’s mayonnaise (Use what you like, but I find this the best.)
1 cup sweet onion—yellow or white—chopped fine. (I prefer the sweet ones.)
1 can of artichoke hearts, finely chopped. (Not preserved in oil)
1 cup Parmesan crumbled cheese. (Kraft is fine to use with this recipe.)

Mix ingredients. Spread in casserole baking dish and sprinkle top with Paprika.
Bake in 350 oven for 30 minutes and then toast the top for 5 minutes on broil or until lightly browned. Let cool for 5 minutes, and serve with your favorite dipping crackers or bread.

Your guests will rave, and the hungry men will be content to wait for the main course!
