For variations, after cake is placed in bowl you can soak w/ liquor of choice (rum, brandy, orange or raspberry liquor, etc.). You can also use other flavors of instant pudding with different pound cakes (eg. Lemon on Lemon)
Ingredients:
3-4 boxes of Jell-O Instant White Chocolate Pudding * (Sugar free is best)
Sliced pound cake (can use reg., chocolate, lemon or blueberry)
Fresh Raspberries & Strawberries (Strawberries sliced)
– can also use Blueberries and Blackberries
1 package of cream cheese
Raspberry Jam
Directions:
Mix pudding according to directions with about 3/4ths the amount of milk (can use 2% or whole).
After lining inside of bowl w/strawberries, layer cake* & pudding* per design below.
Mix creamcheese w/heaping table spoon of jam until creamy. Layer cream cheese mix on top of last layer of cake. Layer washed berries on top.
Chill & serve.
